2018-2019 Religious Education

Registration for the St. Monica Religious Education 2018-2019 school year is currently in progress.  Current families in the Religious Education program are asked to return a registration form for each child (with any corrections that need to be made) and a signed Tuition Agreement per family.

Children currently not registered in the 2017-2018 School Year need to complete a new registration form for each child and a Tuition Agreement. For your convenience, blank registration and Tuition Agreement forms are available by clicking on the highlighted links or they are available in the Parish Office or church foyer.  Please return completed forms to St. Monica Parish Office, 5136 N. Nottingham, Chicago, IL 60656 marked to the attention of Gwenn Suvada. 

Saint Monica's Religious Education Program is dedicated to educating your child/ren in their faith and is based on the curriculum guidelines of the Archdiocese of Chicago.  Please remember that this is an eight year program that culminates with Confirmation Preparation in Level Eight.  If your child has missed any years of their faith formation, please contact the Director of Religious Education who will assist you in level placement.
